If you’ve been struggling with depression or anxiety and wondering if lasting change is truly possible, this 8-week Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program offers a hopeful, science-based path forward. Held in a relaxed and welcoming environment, you’ll be supported by a caring team dedicated to helping you make meaningful, lasting changes. Through practical, evidence-based strategies that address the root causes of mental health challenges, many past participants have experienced significant improvement in mood, clarity, and overall well-being. Sessions take place Monday evenings from 6:30–8:30 PM, with a one-week break in mid-July, providing a thoughtful pace for learning and growth.
