About

A highly successful Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program will be held Regina, Saskatchewan in November and December, 2022. Participants will receive 16 hours of classroom education, including 8 hours of presentations by Dr. Neil Nedley (via video), group discussions, peer support, a textbook by Dr. Nedley, a workbook and other materials. (Dr. Nedley is a full-time practicing physician who has specialized in the causes and treatment of depression and anxiety for many years.) Topics in the Program will include identifying depression and its causes, identifying lifestyle effects, avoiding negative thinking, dealing with emotions, stress without distress, living above loss and how to improve brain function. Participants will meet on Saturday afternoons, once a week for 8 weeks at the Regent Place Public Library at 331 Albert St. in Regina. FREE, 1- Hour, Information Meetings (see below) will be held in Room RP-1 at Regent Place Public Library, 331 Albert St., Regina.
