We offer you hope to get your life (or your loved one's life) back to flourishing through education, wellness support, & lifestyle improvements. Our eight-week community program will give you the tools to do this in a safe & caring environment. We have three free information sessions on September 8, 12, or 17 at 7:30pm and our program starts on Tuesday evening Oct 1 at 7:30 pm.
